Who we are
Erina Webber
Erina has been in the accounting industry for 27 years. Being both a Chartered and Commercial Accountant she is now director of Harts Chartered Accounting with a focus on growth. With Erina obtaining her Chartered Accountancy in 2002 and her Public Practice Certificate in 2004 she is an experienced director with a demonstrated history of working in the accounting industry.

Her client base is varied and ranges from property developers, tradespeople, retailers, services, distribution networks to share market and property investors. Her understanding of small and medium businesses has supported Erina in her success.
Recognizing the changing face of how businesses work and how accountants are now interacting with their clients has seen Erina's firm growth not only as a Chartered Accountant, but as a business adviser, forecaster and planner.
Ron Yee
Ron Yee has been with Harts since 1992, becoming a Principal in 1999.
Ron advises on all aspects of small to medium sized businesses including tax planning and minimisation, new business evaluations, rental properties and general business and tax advice for individuals and family trusts.
Born and educated in Wellington he moved to Auckland for work and the better weather. In his spare time Ron enjoys travelling with his wife and daughter and is a keen follower of all sports.

Alistair Gauld
Alistair Gauld joined Harts in 1992 as an accountant and became a Principal in 1999
Alistair’s areas of expertise lie in business structuring, financial planning, tax minimisation, Trust accounts and administration, management accounts and business development. He enjoys a diverse range of long standing clients throughout New Zealand providing financial and management accounting and business advisory services. He is known as a lateral thinker, and his clients particularly love his pragmatism in solving all manner of tricky issues.

In his life away from the office, Alistair can be seen getting dirty on his small farm in South East Auckland with his two young children in tow! Alistair runs a charitable organisation in Vanuatu, improving education standards and computer skills in schools there.
Lisa Kelly
Lisa’s parents met while working in a bank, so it’s no surprise that she had an affinity for numbers from an early age. Eager to join the workforce, Lisa began at Harts in 1993 partway through her studies; a move she has never looked back on. She loves the diversity of businesses and people she works with and has a particular interest in property.
Away from the office, Lisa has two young and very energetic children who keep her on her toes. She loves fishing and diving; a passion which she hopes to share with her children when they are older.

Resources
We are required to hold a signed questionnaire before we commence your work therefore it is important that we receive completed and signed questionnaires to avoid unnecessary delays.
Please select and complete one questionnaire for each of your entities that require financial statements or income tax returns to be completed by us. Once completed, please send with your supporting records.
Please note, if you choose to email the completed questionnaires back to us, your email and attachments will be kept as the document of record.
